Cancellations or changes MUST be made within 24 hours after order was placed.
If cup is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately upon receipt so that I can file a claim.
If there is a design error, please notify me right away.
If cup is damaged due to improper care (accidents happen) I MAY be able to repair it, depending on severity of damage, at your expense.
